Building Climate Career Pathways in K-12 Schools and Districts

Are you curious about how your K-12 district or school can help prepare students for green/ climate careers? In this free 16-page PDF guide, you will learn how to launch and expand these pathways, no matter your starting place. You will also see how the climate crisis, which affects all of our students and families, is also a giant new opportunity for high-wage, high-demand, high-growth jobs.

Whether you already have strong Career Technical Education programs in place, or perhaps strong environmental and sustainability programs and commitments, you can find a way to start right away.

Over time we will be expanding this guide, so please use the link at the end of the guide to tell us what else you would like to see included. At the moment, there is a strong emphasis on California (including state funding), but we are working to make a longer version more representative of national and regional opportunities.
